Poppin' Pink Beet Smoothie Bowl

HI! I made this super yummy beet smoothie bowl this morning and wanted to share the recipe! Smoothie bowls are full of good antioxidants, nutrients, fiber, and are a great way to hydrate. Eating these bowls helps you sleep better, makes your skin glow, detoxes your body, boosts your immunity, and so much more! ENJOY!

(MAKES 2 BOWLS)

INGREDIENTS:

(smoothie bowl)

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 frozen sliced banana

  • 1/3 cup sliced raw beet

  • 1/3 cup coconut water

(toppings - OPTIONAL)

  • sliced banana

  • blueberries

  • coconut shavings

  • cacao nibs

  • hemp hearts

  • sliced almonds

  • flax seed

  • chia seeds

  • agave syrup

***(feel free to add more/less of each ingredient if you want to or if it’s necessary!)***

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
